We are incredibly proud to announce that James, Alice and Daniel have all been named in Citywire’s Top 35 Next Generation Advisers 2021.
“Now in its sixth year, Citywire New Model Adviser’s Top 35 Next Generation Advisers celebrates the very best young planners coming through the profession.”
Each was selected on their own merits;
For Alice, it has been the perfect way to end a successful year. Having recently been named as one of the top 10 Women in Financial Advice (Professional Adviser Women in Financial Advice Awards 2021), Alice was selected for her unparalleled service and dedication to her clients. Alice works tirelessly to ensure her clients are treated fairly and has battled on their behalf throughout the year. We know how much her clients appreciate having Alice in their corner and we are elated that her work has not just been noted as outstanding by our team, but stands out against a competitive field of talent. Alice continues to push forwards with her post-graduate academic studies, and we hope to be able to announce her achieving Chartered status very soon.
We were delighted to see that James was featured on the list for the second year running. As well as his incredible post-graduate academic achievements, holding a level 6 Certificate in advanced financial planning from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), an advanced diploma in regulated financial planning with the personal finance society, James is also one of the youngest fellows of the Personal Finance Society in the country. But he isn’t stopping there, James intends to complete his level 7 diploma in advanced financial planning with the CISI next year. This year, James was featured on the list, not only for the incredible work he does for his clients on a daily basis but also for his commitment to the industry, training aspiring planners and being an active member of practice development panels, working with advisers across the region to drive best practice in the industry.
It was also the second year running that our in-house scam buster Daniel has been featured on the list. Across the year Daniel’s work has not only saved clients and members of the public huge sums of money but was also key to driving an international crime-busting operation, involving specialist anti-fraud units and international police cooperation. His work continues with the ambition of bringing about policy change that will ultimately protect consumers, there aren’t many weeks through the year where Daniel’s work isn’t featured in the trade press. In 2021 Daniel was also nominated as Yorkshires Education Outreach Ambassador for the Personal Finance Societies education outreach initiative. As well as delivering free financial education in schools with the ambition of ensuring every student leaves school with at least a basic level of financial literacy, Daniel is fast becoming the face of financial education across Yorkshire.
