Given the situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Morgan Williams & Co. wanted to let clients know our current position and preparations.
In March we set ourselves an objective: to provide you with the same standard of service whatever COVID-19 throws at us, whilst keeping our staff and customers safe.
We are extremely proud of what our team has achieved throughout the lockdown period, with many clients noting that the adoption of some technologies has resulted in an increase in the level of service they receive.
Through the summer, our team transitioned over several weeks from their home offices to the workplace. We slowly introduced members of the team to ensure that our strict COVID-19 policies became second nature.
In November, following Government Guidance, our team moved back to their home offices. Although the “lockdown” has now ended, we continue to pay attention to the latest Government Guidance as well as exercising an abundance of caution relating to the local infection rates.
With that in mind, we expect our team will continue to work from home for the remainder of 2020, at which point we will reassess the situation.
We continue to offer our clients virtual meetings, following the success of these throughout the COVID crisis.
