IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE AND IN LINE WITH GOVERNMENT ADVICE, WE HAVE ASKED OUR STAFF TO WORK FROM HOME.
AS YOU WOULD EXPECT WE ARE VERY WELL PREPARED FOR THIS AND YOU SHOULD NOTICE NO DIFFERENCE IN THE LEVEL OF SERVICE WE PROVIDE YOU WITH.

Our objective is simple: to provide you with the same standard of service whatever COVID-19 throws at us. As you would expect, our first priority will always be the safety of our staff and customers and this may mean that we have to change some of our working practices. For example, this may mean that face-to-face meetings with clients and staff working from our office becomes impossible.
As many of you know over the past 24 months we have been working tirelessly to increase the service which is offered to our clients. We have successfully implemented significant upgrades in technology which means we have no concerns regarding our ability to continue to provide our service to customers. This technology has allowed us to formulate a Disaster Plan which means that:
- 100% of Morgan Williams & Co staff have access to laptops and have full capability to work securely and remotely.
- We make extensive use of SaaS technologies, which mean that we do not need to physically be in the office to be able to service clients. Indeed our team already work remotely on a regular basis.
- In 2017 we implemented a new VoIP telephone system, meaning that we can plug a handset in, anywhere in the world, and be able to take your calls on our usual number. Equally, our team will be able to call you as required.
- During periods where we are not able to meet face-to-face, we have implemented remote working and collaboration capabilities, including video conferencing, which means we can continue to work closely with our customers as normal from any location.
